Damaged Product: The product is physically damaged, broken, or leaked during delivery.

Defective Product: The product is spoiled or not fit for consumption upon arrival.

Incomplete Order: Items are missing from your package.

Incorrect Item: You received a different product, size, or variant than what you ordered.

Expired Product: The product delivered has already passed its expiration date.

Mismatch: The product does not match the description or image displayed on our website.

2. Return Process
To ensure a smooth return experience, please follow these steps:

Timeframe: You must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product for food items (since they are perishable).

Proof of Purchase: Keep your invoice or order number ready. Taking a photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product is highly recommended for faster processing.

3. Refund Policy
Once your return is verified and approved, we will process your refund:

Refund Methods: Refunds can be issued via Bank Transfer, bKash, Nagad, or as a Store Voucher for your next purchase.

Timeline: It usually takes 3-7 working days to complete the refund process after we receive the returned item.

Change of Mind: Please note that for "change of mind" cases, returns may not be applicable for certain perishable items (like honey, ghee, or open spice packs) due to health and safety regulations.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), Dashys will bear the full cost of return shipping.

For other cases, shipping charges may apply based on the circumstances.
